Terms of Service

You may browse and share this site freely. You may not scrape it at a rate that degrades service, attempt to bypass access controls, or misrepresent your identity when submitting a form.

Access to the ConvertRep platform is provided under a separate written order form or master services agreement, which sets out fees, term, service levels and support. Where those documents conflict with these terms, they take precedence.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the platform. ConvertRep processes it only to provide the service, and may use de-identified, aggregated performance data to produce industry benchmarks. Benchmarks never expose an individual customer, agent or policyholder.

• No unlawful, misleading or non-consented marketing activity.
• No uploading of data you lack the right to process.
• No reverse engineering, resale or benchmarking of the service for a competing product.

We work hard to keep the service available and accurate, but analytics, scores and forecasts are decision support — not guarantees of outcome, and not regulated financial or insurance advice. The site is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. ConvertRep's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
