Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you request a demo or contact us we collect your name, work email, phone number, company and role. We never ask for policyholder data in these forms.

Usage information. We collect page views, referrer, device and interaction events (such as which calls-to-action you use) through Google Tag Manager and connected analytics tools. These events are deliberately non-identifying: for example, we record the domain of a work email, never the address itself.

Customer platform data. Where ConvertRep processes lead, policy or agent data on behalf of a customer, we act as a processor under that customer's instructions and their contract governs that data.

• To measure marketing performance in aggregate.
• To meet legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

This site loads Google Tag Manager, which may set analytics cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site remains fully functional without them. No advertising cookies are set unless a marketing tag is explicitly enabled in our tag manager container.

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months after last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Aggregate analytics are retained indefinitely because they contain no personal information.

Depending on your jurisdiction (including POPIA and GDPR) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and object to processing. Email privacy@convertrep.ai and we will respond within 30 days.
